It is our policy to contact each recipient to ensure that someone is home and available to accept the delivery or to receive permission to leave it on the porch (weather permitting). If after leaving several messages we have not made contact, we will get in touch with you for next steps.
With respect to Funeral Home deliveries, we will endeavor to ensure the correct date and time have been provided for the visitation or service. For individual sympathy orders, we strive to deliver 1-2 hours prior to any visitation or service.
For family work, we strive to deliver the florals 2 hours prior to the family’s arrival.
